We curate your apartment to fit who you are and what you need to feel at home. It’s all part of your extended stay residency with us. For example... you need to work from home and to be productive, you need a dedicated workspace with a high-resolution monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, ergonomic chair and HDMI cables. Our Residence Engagement Team will have your desk set up and all items tested prior to you arriving. You’ll enjoy our high-speed Wi-Fi, which is included for the duration of your residency.
Absolutely! Prior to your arrival, our on-site concierge will be in touch to learn more about your upcoming extended stay residency and how we can elevate your experience with us. If there’s anything specific you know will make your time with us more enjoyable, share it with us.
Yes. Our locations feature a resident gymnasium, plus we partner with local fitness and leisure facilities to provide you with a full suite of exercise options at no extra cost!
While our current locations don’t have on-site pools, we work within our communities and partner with local swimming and leisure facilities to ensure you have access should you wish to take a dip. Speak with your on-site concierge for more information.
Each of our three, two and one-bedroom residences feature a washer and dryer within the apartment. For those studio residences without a washer and dryer within the apartment, our on-site communal washer and dryer are available for use. An iron and ironing board is also provided in each residence.
Yes. Secure car parking is available at each of our properties and is included in your residency when staying for 7 nights or more. Designated accessible parking is available at our locations. For residencies of 1-6 nights, a car parking fee applies.
Accessible residences are available at our Abbotsford and Hawthorn locations. Our accessible residences feature wheelchair access, lowered sinks, raised toilet with grab rails, a roll-in shower with a shower chair and convenient bedside light switches.
Who needs room service when you are surrounded by amazing cafes, restaurants and popular eateries offering international cuisine, breakfast favourites and fresh, local produce? A number of our neighbourhood eateries offer a chargeback service, or you can order in using food delivery services.
Your beloved pet is welcome to stay. A one-time cleaning fee does apply.
